RAMS that get rejected
Risk assessments listing hazards without specific control measures. Method statements too vague to function as working documents. Tier-1s reject; payments slow.
SubBundle takes your job inputs and produces a single bundle mapped to CAS V5 Building Safety, CDM 2015 RAMS, and the BSR's Application Information Schedule — built for UK subcontractors on Higher-Risk Buildings. Reviewed by Cai Morgan, Director, before delivery while we're at Stage 1.
The Building Safety Act 2022 turned subcontractor evidence into a stop/go gating point at BSR Gateway 2. Three patterns trade press has been documenting through 2025–2026:
Risk assessments listing hazards without specific control measures. Method statements too vague to function as working documents. Tier-1s reject; payments slow.
The same evidence reformatted four times for four different tier-1 portals. CAS V5 was meant to fix this — only works if your evidence is CAS-aligned to start with.
Enterprise platforms (Zutec, Procore) cost £500+/month, target tier-1s. Sole-trader RAMS tools at £30/month don't map to HRB Golden Thread requirements. The 5–50 employee subcontractor sits in the unserved middle.
At Stage 1 — where we are now — every bundle is produced and then reviewed by Cai Morgan, Director, before it's sent back to you. The first generation of bundles need a human eye on every output to make sure the standard is right before any of it scales to self-serve.
One short intake form covers project details, your trade scope, what your principal contractor is asking for, and which scheme they assess against — CAS, CHAS, SafeContractor, SMAS, or Constructionline.
Drawings, photos, certificates, training records, supplier paperwork. Whatever you have. We work with what's there and flag what's missing before drafting starts.
One PDF: project particulars, CAS V5 Building Safety answers, task-specific RAMS to HSE L153 standard, AIS-mapped fields, evidence index, customer sign-off page. Reviewed by Cai Morgan before it reaches you.
You're the last set of eyes. SubBundle drafts and structures — you're responsible for accuracy and final approval. That's the legal posture and we're explicit about it on every output.
One price for one bundle, paid after you've reviewed it. Stage 1 is deliberately small — five paid pilots before anything resembling a subscription product exists.
For one HRB project of yours. Produced, reviewed by Cai Morgan, delivered as a single PDF plus AIS-structured fields.
Once Stage 1 validates, the product moves to a subscription model with self-serve generation. Provisional tiers around £79 / £149 / £299 per month per firm — but that's a Stage 3 conversation, not a Stage 1 commitment.
SubBundle is a Stage 1 concierge product from Morgan and Co. Enterprise Limited, a UK Limited company directed by Cai Morgan. How bundles are produced, plainly: SubBundle uses AI tooling to draft and structure your documentation from your inputs. Cai then reviews each draft before it's delivered to you. The drafting is automated; the human sign-off is the gate. There are no automated submissions, no scaled team, no enterprise SLA — by design.
What that means for you: the first five pilots get a level of human-review attention that won't be sustainable later when this scales to self-serve. If you take a pilot now, you're getting AI-drafted compliance documentation with a human reviewer in the loop, at the price point a future self-serve tool will eventually sit at — and you're informing what the automated version becomes.
SubBundle is a non-regulated software vendor under the Building Safety Act 2022. It does not make anyone "competent" under Section 156. It drafts and structures documentation; you, the customer, are the last set of eyes — responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving the final content before submitting to your Principal Contractor or any regulator.
5–50 employees, working on or aiming for HRB projects. If you're a sole trader doing domestic work, the documentation overhead probably isn't worth it for you yet — there are good £30/month RAMS tools that fit your scale better.
Fire-stopping (passive fire protection) is the strongest fit and the trade we have the most evidence library for. Façade / cladding remediation, M&E specialist installation, drylining, and structural waterproofing are also in scope. Other trades on request — we'll tell you up front if the evidence library is thin.
SubBundle's bundle is designed to feed into those platforms, not replace them. The principal contractor receives evidence from you that fits the format their tool expects. We don't replace tier-1 systems — we make sure your end of the chain holds up.
We rework it once at no extra charge. If it gets rejected again for a reason within our scope, we refund the full £149 and issue a written record of what was missing. Either way, we want to know — every rejection is the strongest signal we get about what to improve.
Customer-supplied inputs are processed under a written Data Processing Agreement (Article 28) drafted alongside the customer T&Cs at Stage 2. Data residency is UK. Personnel data uploaded into RAMS templates is processed only for the bundle output and retained for 12 months after delivery unless you ask us to delete sooner. Nothing is shared with third parties without your explicit written consent.
It's the Stage 1 concierge pilot price — anchored at what a future automated tier will eventually sit at. The cost reflects the human-review layer in the loop right now: Cai Morgan reviews every bundle before delivery. Once Stage 3 self-serve is live, the price will likely be a monthly subscription with multiple bundles included; £149-per-bundle is a Stage 1 number specifically.
Email me directly. I'll either send you the sample document for a hypothetical HRB project so you can see what the output looks like, or jump on a written exchange about your specific needs.
